Maybe Fuze Card has not charged enough when you receive the package.
If charger light is yellow, it mean your card is not charging properly.
To make sure, please don't use cable for charger.
Insert your Fuze Card to the charger itself, then press the button on the charger.
If the light turned from green to red, It means Fuze Card is charging well.
Fuze Card works for swiping transaction method.
This is how Fuze card magnetic only works below ;
-Insert Fuze card on IC chip
-You may get message similar with "malfuntion IC chip" then "swipe the magnetic stripe"
-Then you may be available to check with swiping Fuze card.
But we do not guarantee it can work around on every POS and same process.
Please refer to the ‘ADDING CARD DATA’ tutorial and video provided below:
When using the card reader:
1. Make sure the magnetic strip is facing the thick(header) side of the reader
2. Turn up the device volume
3. Swipe the card quickly
4. Go into system settings, deny microphone permission, then go back to the eCARD Manager app and allow it to ask for permission again
*Note: If you are using iPhone7 or later version of iPhone try to re-install the eCard Manager app and restart your mobile device when the issue occurs.
If you attempt to connect Fuze Card with other account, It will be lock.
However, If you connect with the original account, It will be automatically unlocked.
*Please make sure that you use your original account (ID/PW for ecardmanager application)
If you want to connect with other account, please connect with original account and then do the factory reset.
Also, sometimes if you connect with multiple device, then it may be mixed up and it won't connect with your card properly.
- Delete previous BLE connections on your mobile device setting.
- Re-install the application and try again
*Fuze Card can be connected with one device only.
If above method doesn't work, please connect with other mobile device.
1.If you have updated Fuze Card firmware,
If so, please press the wrong password for 5 times on Fuze Card.
Fuze Card will automatically locked and removed all card information and passcode as well.
After that, Connect Fuze Card to your account via application to unlock Fuze Card.
2. If you haven't updated Fuze Card firmware,
Please connect your Fuze Card to your original account via application then you don't have to press passcode on Fuze Card.
Also there is a passcode setting function on application.
